Their needs
SIPLA was looking for a management tool to process orders and translate them into manufacturing orders. The team also wanted to establish the link between upcoming productions and purchases to be made from suppliers to optimize stock levels. SIPLA also aimed to invoice customers based on the actual consumption of time spent by workers per order. The reporting aspect was very important to them for measuring profitability and making the right decisions. Integration with accounting is currently in progress.

It was necessary to find the best balance between a standardization that might be too restrictive and excessive flexibility that would move away from operational optimization.
