DSide was looking for an integrated management tool to digitize and centralize several key processes:
- Project management, to effectively track and manage the progress of each project.
- Tracking the availability of rooms they rent out, reservation requests, invoices, payments, and all other tasks related to rental management.
-Tracking their client interface through a CRM, to centralize customer information and better meet their needs.
